Handmade work
Every piece is made by hand, and small variations in colour, texture, stone and finish are part of that. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but the piece you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured.
Custom commissions
A custom order request is an enquiry, not an order. Nothing is owed until a design, price and timing have been agreed in writing. Custom pieces are made for you and are not returnable, though they will always be repaired or adjusted if something is wrong.
The catalogue
Listings are provided for information. Availability, materials and price may change without notice, and a listing is not an offer to sell until an order is accepted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from anything you obtain from us is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
