What we collect

If you order, contact the studio, request a custom piece or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your name, your email address, the details you give us and, for orders, a shipping address. We do not collect or store payment details — payment happens inside Cash App.

How we use it

We use your details to fulfil and update you on your order, to answer your enquiry, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you subscribe to the newsletter we use your email address to send news of new work, and you can unsubscribe from any message.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only with the carrier delivering your order, and where we are legally compelled to.

Cookies

We set a single first-party session cookie. It holds your cart and, if you sign in, your session. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights and contact

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, subject to our obligation to retain business records. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
